• Founded in Japan 1998 as a Technology-focused boutique search firm – our core strength remains in Technology.

• Currently have a staff of 43 in Tokyo, which includes an in-house Research Team and a Technology Team of 7.

• Acquired in 2008 by RECRUIT Agent (Japan’s largest recruiting Group), but operate as a stand alone company and the HQ for RECRUIT’s APAC Search business.

Steve Skrysak – Business Development Director

Steve`s main focus is on retained search in the Enterprise Software space, specifically Country Manager and senior level Sales roles. Steve has also successfully completed and supervised numerous searches across different functional areas within the software and hardware industries. 

Murray Clarke – Technology Team Director 

Murray leads the Technology Recruitment practice at CDS to develop business within the enterprise IT market, including virtualization, cloud and infrastructure technologies as well as other emerging markets.

Takamasa Matsukawa– Consultant

Takamasa worked for nearly 10 years in sales roles with global telecommunications and IT companies in Japan.  At CDS, he focuses on Telecom and networking related clients fill primarily sales and technical positions. 

Yasutomo Nakajima – Consultant 

Yasutomo focuses on sales and technical roles in the  Enterprise Software space and also supports CDS’s Japanese clients across the Technology Space. Yasutomo spent 7 years working for another Japan-based Executive Search firm.
