Reusing, reducing, and recycling Doppler radar, have enabled

weather forecasters to monitor weather patterns more efficiently.

or negative, and one must weigh the trade-offs to determine if the technologies are for the best.

For example, when Henry Ford found ways to

mass-produce automobiles so affordably that everyone could own a car, he did not foresee the impact that the internal combustion engine (car) would have on air pollution.
