Who Delivers the Projects?

Matthew Bovey - DirectorMatthew has recruited in the EMEA technology space for the last 15 years. In that time he has been fortunate enough to work with a broad range of innovative companies who have directly impacted, and continue to shape, the way in which we communicate, collaborate and share information. Having studied at Bordeaux’s ESC he has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

In addition to ad-hoc recruitment projects Matthew delivers on-site consultancy working with rapidly expanding technology companies. He has a strong interest in human behaviour and is always investigating the latest tools to help with recruitment. As part of this activity he runs retention workshops to reduce recruitment spend.In his spare time Matthew is a PADI Dive Master and still manages to persuade his legs to chase a ball around a muddy field

Louize Clarke - DirectorLouize has 15 years experience working in the technology sector. She has held roles as a Product Marketing Manager for embedded systems, with a particular focus on consumer electronic devices and was a Sales Manager for a successful services division of Ericsson working directly with mobile operators. For the last 10 years she has been recruiting in the technology space across Europe.

Outside of her recruitment work Louize indulges her passion for working with small business she runs a quarterly networking event for tech companies based in the Thames Valley and sits on the regional committee for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). She also runs an educational and informal networking event to help small business grow.When she has spare time you can usually find her body boarding really badly, running a taxi service for her son or walking her scruffy dog.
