General E45 is a fully refined office panel system manufactured by Schiavello Australia. The System is easily demountable, relocated, extended or reduced in size with all components being reusable.

PanelsE45 panels, with a thickness of 45 mm and individual panel widths of up to 2400mm, are available in either base or void configurations. All E45 panels include a load bearing top transom rail. The solid construction, resulting in a rigid panel, provides the strength to support hampers, shelves and worktops from any of the vertical or horizontal transoms of the panel. The panel’s support a full range of attachable accessory items and options for either integrated or transom mounted whiteboards and function walls.

Note: Stacker panels are not compatible with E45 panels.Panel faces offer a choice of finishes including fabric, perforated metal, powder coat MDF, laminate, timber veneer and fabric covered pin boards as well as single and double glazing.Acoustic panels are also offered that have an acoustic sound absorption rate of no less than 60 NRC.

ConnectorsThe connecting system achieves the following junctions and connection:a) 90°, 120°, 180°b) Two way, three way and four way junctions with open access corners.

Corner PostsE45 corner posts form 90° and 180° degree junctions in two way, three way and four way configurations. Cables can be routed from skirtings, floor access or ceilings for full height power pole applications.

Cable ReticulationPanels offer optional integrated cable ducts with ‘face mounted’ service outlets to one or both sides of the panel. A wide selection of clip-in outlet modules and soft wiring connections are available.The system also includes integrated components that provide efficient means of routing services cabling to the panels from the ceiling, walls or floors, i.e. power blades, umbilicals, inline vertical duct or power poles. The soft wiring electrical system is Schiavello Lettric certified to AS/NZS 3131.

Aluminium FinishAll aluminium is powder coated to Australian Standard AS-NZ3570.

WarrantyThe manufacturer warrants the system for a period of not less than 5 years against faulty materials and workmanship and guarantees the supply of parts and service of all standard components for a period of not less than 10 years from the date of installation.
