Inspections• Number of inspection requests has not abated• Currently scheduling out 3 – 4 weeks

• Matrix designed for 2 weeks• The primary causes are the increased number of

QC installers and higher number of residential projects then originally planned for and QA Eligible Installers failing inspections.

• Enphase inverter presentation• Shade impact, operations of product, and PVWATTS

derate impact

• Wiley shade tool presentation• System operations, advantages/disadvantages, • General consensus is that it is not ready for

deployment

Solar Technical Work Group• Solyndra module presentation

• Comparison of the Solyndra production tool to PVWATTS.

• Conservative approach of reducing model performance by 4%, but later reduced to 3% with a 6 month reevaluation of the performance tool to PVWATTS and actual production.

Training• All QA Eligible Installers have completed the

required training.• May 12 New installer training at Eco-Complex is

full, and May 27 is more than 30% filled.• Begun training financial institutions with more to

come• Full training schedule will be posted on the

NJCEP website by the end of April.
