Lower end of career ladder in IT services, however…
…this portfolio used to be our core business up until recently
…these ‘admin’ profiles are the ones for which TSSK is so well known and where majority of
our competence in people development lies (= IT Farms, Summer Universities, even Dual
Education/VOŠ)
Increasingly, these profiles can be staffed by secondary school graduates (incl. dual edu)
…improved preparation at secondary level + less attractive for university students
IT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROFILES
Higher end of our career ladder in IT services, however…
…this portfolio is rapidly growing (compared to 2015 it grew by 300%)
…these profiles are very much relying on FEI TUKE and on university-level competences
Similarly as we increased attractiveness of IT administration career at secondaries, we need to
make these engineering & software development jobs more “cool” at unis
…clearer segmentation of our labour market + better targeted messaging to potentials!
