APPLICATION

The Tamrock Solo 5-7P is an electrohydraulic long-hole drilling rig for small and medium scale produc-tion drilling in underground mines. The rig is capableof drilling 64 - 102 mm holes up to 38 meters.

The rig has been designed for vertical and inclinedplane rings and fans and also for parallel long pro-duction holes as well as for long single holes. Therobust ZR 32P boom has 3,2 meters parallel drillingcoverage. It is designed especially for vein miningwith ability to drill close to both side walls.The 360° rotation in full parallel coverage area andwide tilt angle ranges forward and backward makethe boom suitable to additionally for other drillingapplications.

Simple and proven technical solutions ensureefficient and reliable operations. The rigid boom andfeed construction together with innovative centralizergive optimal drilling accuracy. Good stabilitycharacteristics enable fast tramming even in chal-lenging road conditions. Tramming is done from theoperator’s platform and drilling from a remote panel.

The new carrier is designed for better access to thedaily service points.
