FMC-400 MPD 6.20 is ITT Flygt´s standard RTU1 (remoteterminal unit) with multi-protocol and loncommunication for control and supervision ofwastewater pumping stations equipped with up to fourpumps.
The open architecture will interface with the mostcommon SCADA systems on the market. Totally there are180 different variables accessible in the directories. Theparameter-controlled standard software handles pumpcontrol, alarm function, running data, performancemonitoring and communication with the central systemand/or paging system.
The lon communication supports up to 8 nodes. Hence,the FMC RTU works as a central to communicate with 8FGC controllers. Trend and data collection, remotecontrol, alarm handling etc can be distributed via lon toFMC.
A number of different modem types can be connected inorder to receive utmost possible flexibility. Connectablemodems are TDK 5660 V.90 Global Class, Westermo TD-22 and TD-33. Besides this, there is an interface forRS232 with different communication speeds whereexternal communication equipment can be connectedand operated in fixed multidrop network, for instanceradio.
