In her February 11 message to RLG Board of Governors and RLG Coordinators, Elsa Henderson (BL.ELH) refers to new guidelines and procedures concerning the RLG Directory. She urges all users who report changes in committee appoint- ments¶ coordinators, etc., to use a copy of the Correction/Addition form at the back of the RLG Directory or to send her the correction via electronic mail. The new revised version of the directory was mailed out to members on April 11.

A February 14 Memo to RLG Conspectus On-Line users announced special data base changes to be put into production on March 2, 1986. a standard format for online serial holdings records. McCone, Data Base Manager at the National Agricultural Library, will describe the format in general terms and tell how it came t o be. Kathy Bales, an RLIN Senior Systems Analyst and active member of committees working on the format, will explain why we should adopt the format.
