These tests shall also simulate the normal play mode of the toy and to simulate the expected mode of use of the particular toy. The tests shall be conducted in an expected use environment. These normal use tests shall simulate the intended use of the toy based on its estimated lifetime.

Note: The received sample(s) contained surface coating(s) which are bonded to the substrate materials during the manufacturing process and cannot be scraped off for testing, therefore such coating material(s) was not subject to the heavy metals analysis of surface coating in ASTM F963-11, "Standard consumer safety specification on toy safety", section 4.3.5. 1 (2).

Note; Insufficient surface coatings were found on the submitted samples. Therefore, the heavy metals tests were conducted on the submitted parts.
