Note: The sample(s) was not evaluated to the Normal Use testing requirements specified in ASTM F963M11, Section 8.5. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer, vendor or distributor to conduct tests that will simulate normal use conditions. These tests shall ensure that hazards are not generated through normal wear and deterioration of the sample(s). These tests shall also simulate the normal play mode of the toy and to simulate the expected mode of use of the particular toy. The tests shall be conducted in an expected use environment. These normal use tests shall simulate the intended use of the toy based on its estimated lifetime.

Note: The received sample(s) contained surface coating(s) which are bonded to the substrate materials during the manufacturing process and cannot be scraped off for testing, therefore such coating material(s) was not subject to the heavy metals analysis of surface coating in ASTM F963-11, "Standard consumer safety specification on toy safety", section 4.3.5. 1 (2).

Note; Insufficient surface coatings were found on the submitted samples. Therefore, the heavy metals tests were conducted on the submitted parts.

The sample(s) was tested to the following requirement(s) and the data provided is for informational purposes only:

The net content verification of the client's testing program.

Note: The sample(s) was not evaluated to the Normal Use testing requirements specified in ASTM F963-1l, Section 8.5. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer, vendor or distributor to conduct tests that will simulate nonnal use conditions.

Note: The received sample(s) contained surface coating(s) which are bonded to the substrate materials during the manufacturing process and cannot be scraped off for testing, therefore such coating material(s) was not subject to the heavy metals analysis of surface coating in ASTM F963~11, 01Standard consumer safety specification on toy safety", section 4.3.5.1(2).

Note: Insufficient surface coatings were found on the submitted samples. TI1erefore, the heayy metals tests were conducted on the submitted parts

Note: Based on visual evaluation and/or material breakdown received, there is no polyvinyl chloride (PVC) found in the samples submitted and thus the corresponding testing of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act with reference to the Hazardous Products Act, SOR/20 10-298 regarding to the restriction of use of certain phthalates content have not been conducted. ·

Remark: Textiles (natural or synthetic) are exempted for lead content requirement according to clarification of Toy Industry Association for ASTM F963-11. The lead content analysis result of corresponding material herein is for client's reference only.

On an initial analysis for soluble heavy metals content, any individually tested component of greater than the set limit or any composite tested components of greater than 80% of the set limit, the result is inconclusive for the requirement and therefore were retested with soluble heavy metals analysis of ASTM F963M11, Sections 8.3,5 (excluding 8.3.5.5(3)) as specified In Section 8.3.1.3. The result herein is for reference only (show data), please refer to soluble heavy metals content analysis for the corresponding conclusive results.
