GIVIDI FABRICS produces the highest quality technical fabrics for your most demanding applications based on E glass, High Modulus R glass and High Strength S glass, Carbon fibers, Aramid fibers, other High-Strength/High-Performance fibers and Hybrids. composite applications in commercial Aerospace, Railway and Automotive programs. Technical reinforcements from GIVIDI FABRICS are available in a wide range of weights, weave patterns and fibers. They provide mechanical strength, stiffness and weight reduction possibilities compared to other materials. Depending on the technical requirements of the end product, GIVIDI FABRICS can develop reinforcements leveraging each fiber type unique characteristics as well as choosing the best weave construction and pattern to

maximize the mechanical performance of the

reinforcement in Customer’s application. GIVIDI FABRICS’ unique know-how and

experience in surface

chemistry, gathered in its long

history as a leading producer of

reinforcements for electronics applications,

particularly for High Frequency resin matrices with the most stringent

performance and quality requirements, has led to the development of Finish recipes

and processes for high temperature resistance, excellent wet-out and best resin

compatibility for the production of void-free prepregs and parts. Specific Finishes have

been developed for customer specific resin systems used in High-end applications. GIVIDI FABRICS’ Fiber Spreading Technology can be applied to reinforcements to minimize porosity, enhance wet-out for more homogeneous, thinner composites. GIVIDI FABRICS’ products are intrinsically technical products and therefore all of our Sales Team members have a Technical background to be able to provide technical insight from the very beginning of any inquiry. WEAVE SETS

WEAVE-SETS GIVIDI FABRICS has developed several weave-sets to stabilize its fabrics and woven rovings for improved handling, adhesion properties and other functionalities as well as to reduce material waste and manufacturing cycles in customers’ processing. By selecting the most appropriate resin matrix and resin content for customers’ applications, GIVIDI FABRICS weave-set reinforcements significantly enhance the performance of the end product. Weave sets can be based on Acrylic, PU, Epoxy or, Polyester resins as well as several other types of polymers and copolymers; different colors are also available.

ORGANO SHEETS GIVIDI FABRICS has recently developed Organo Sheets based on PA, PP, TPU and other thermoplastic resin systems both for direct forming or for the increasingly popular forming with back injection molding; choosing the right reinforcement and thermoplastic resin in conjunction with back injection molding may enable the integration of details like localized targeted reinforcement, mounting holes or other features further reducing the overall cost of the finished part.
