ForewordThis document describes comparison between µR10000/µR20000 and µR1000/µR1800 to helpcostomer understand the industrial recorder µR10000/µR20000 functions.

As µR10000/µR20000 is designed to put the importance on carryover of µR1000/µR1800, thereplace can be done easily for most cases. Please see document to understand the µR10000/µR20000 specification and feel safe to replace µR1000/µR1800.

For some existing models, which have special specification (model code with /Z or /Sxx), pleasecontact the nearest YOKOGAWA dealer.
