We are looking for an excellent all round Developer who can lead the way with their full stack knowledge to help mentor the team and lead the development in emerging technologies and shape the future direction of our Apps.

Being a Technical Lead your main responsibilities will include:

Analysing specifications, design implementations, and write strong code and test cases. The development of the Digital Engineering technical strategy and refactoring program

evolutionary roadmap. Drive innovation through your knowledge and learnings of emerging technologies. Working in small development teams to ensure test and learn environments.

To be part of our Digital transformation we ask that you have:

A passion for technologies and all things interactive. A rounded knowledge of front and back-end languages (Java, J2EE, JavaScript etc…) Previous exposure to working in retail/eCommerce with knowledge of WebSphere

Commerce The ability to lead development teams, previous experience not essential although

would be highly desirable Experience of working in an agile environment within cross-functional teams. The passion to build. The need to innovate, hack and deploy new technologies.
