With reference to the test standards, etc. established in International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code on cargo ships flying UK (MCA) Flag, UK Government has notified ClassNK of Marine Guidance Note as below. The following circular about implementation of amendment to Sections 4 and 8 (MSC.1/Circ.1452) is required to be followed as soon as practicable.
