Graphic Screen Wash ProductsIMS201 / IMS203 / IMS206 / IMS207C / IMS209C

ImageStar Graphic Screen Wash products are designed to be used after the screen is off the press to remove ink and color prior to reclaiming. These products have a blend of solvents and surfactants for use with solvent-based and ultraviolet (UV) inks. They are water friendly, and help to prevent ghost and ink haze.

Processing Recommendations: It is important to use these products after any fast evaporating press wash to re-wet the screen and allow the water to penetrate the ink residue.

• Remove all excess ink from the screen.• Apply product to both sides of the screen with a brush, spray bottle, rag or by using

the ImageStar Chemical Delivery Spray System.• Power wash any residue and ink off the screen.• The screen may now be stored or reclaimed using ImageStar stencil remover .• If ink or ghost haze stains remain in the mesh, a second application of screen wash

will sometimes remove stains and eliminate the need for ghost haze remover. Ifstains remain after a second application, ghost haze remover will be necessary forremoval.

Product is used for tough-to-remove inks such as polyester, epoxy, catalyzed and circuit board inks.

• IMS203 Economy Graphic Screen WashProduct has a mild odor and works well with all UV and most solvent inks.

• IMS206 Graphic Auto WashProduct is to be used in automatic in-line machines and with all UV inks. It can also be used in recirculation units or by hand.

• IMS207C Graphic Recirculating WashA very aggressive and water friendly recirculation wash designed for automatic in-line machines and recirculation units. This product can also be used in a manualwashing system. Best used for UV ink and mild solvent inks.

• IMS209C Graphic All Purpose WashThis is a mild odor universal wash used with all types of inks.
