Product DescriptionZwaluw Hybriseal Façade is a versatile one component hybrid basedsealant with a low modulus for sealing building joints.

ApplicationsZwaluw Hybriseal Façade is used for expansion and connection jointsealing to precast concrete, brickwork and masonry, perimeter pointingand wall sealing. In general Zwaluw Hybriseal Façade has a goodadhesion, also without primer, to concrete, brickwork, painted wood,glass, glazed substrates, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastics likepolyester and most uPVC.

Directions of UseA well-designed joint is a joint with a sufficient width so it would be able to take and process the movement of the adjacent building elements. The joint depth should always be in the correct relationship of the joint width. A general rule is the ratio of joint depth to the width of the joint

with a joint width till 10 mm is 1:1, with a minimum of 5 mm in width anddepth. For joints wider than 10 mm, the ratio is 1:2 with a minimumdepth of at least 10 mm and a maximum of 15 mm.

Limitations• Not recommended for glazing and not for aquaria, PE, PP, PC,

• Not paintable with alkyd resin paint because curing inhibition of thepaint.

Surface Preparations and FinishingBefore using the Zwaluw Hybriseal Façade refer to the Health & SafetySheet. All substrates must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease andother loose material. Adhesion tests prior to the application arerecommended.

Clean the substrates thoroughly by using Zwaluw Cleaner. ApplyZwaluw Hybriseal Façade with a professional caulking gun.

CleaningCured and uncured material and tools can be cleaned by using ZwaluwCleaner.
