Technical Area (Engineering /Inspection)

Developed by Marcos Dropa

Page 2: Technical area presentation

Our purpose is to give technical support to the productive sectors, providing information for the production areas, doing so that the product will always conform to the technical demands of the client. In addition to this support our mission is to also understand the development of new technology, changing work processes and systems, aiming at the improvement of quality and the reduction of costs.

•Processes Engineering:

Definition of processes (Alloy composition, Heat Treatment, Welding ,NDT criteria, Machining) according to the costumer requirements.

•Product Engineering:

Evaluation of conformance of product taking in account the condition of using of part.

•Inspection Area:

Verification of part's conformity according to the NDT and Dimensional criteria's defined by Engineering
