ABOUT TechCycle Tech4ALL
TechCycle Tech4ALL is short for Technology Recycling, Technology For All. It is a national project in collaboration with SOLS Tech, an NGO which combats computer iliteracy.
Even in the digital era we live in today, there are still many who do not have access to basic technology.
TechCycle Tech4ALL aims to bridge the digital gap by collecting and refurbishing e-waste and enabling technology education to the underprivileged.
OUR VISIONTo create an environment that is free from electronic waste while providing the chance for underprivileged youth to accessthe knowledge of information technology.

In Malaysia, the average combined e-waste gen-erated annually by households, business and insti-tutions was:

MAIN EVENTS
1. Children’s Home Visit- To conduct basic IT education workshop for children- EPs will prepare the theme, agenda and slides
2. 2020 Campaign- Outreach to residential areas, colleges and universi-ty areas- Brainstorm, plan and prepare materials to spread awareness and collect e-waste

LIVING CONDITIONS DETAILS
1. Interns are to pay RM250 (USD 80) for rental and RM100 (USD 32) for deposit. **Deposit will be given back upon completion of internship and agreement is strictly followed.2. Internet access is not provided, but is available in campus3. Shared bathrooms without hot water.4. Mixed gender will stay in the same apartment which can ac-commodate 6 - 8 interns**Air conditional is not included.
1. Food is not provid-ed. Average cost per meal is RM5 - RM10. 2. Dining area, kitch-en and living room is included.3. Facilities: Micro-wave, refrigerator, rice cooker and fan, pillow, bed sheet, washing machine and basic cleaning equip-ments.
1. Public transport is easily accessible. There is a bus and taxi stop at the campus itself.2. 5 – 10 minutes walk-ing distance to working place.
