Definition of a Teaser Trailer

• A teaser trailer, or teaser is a short trailer used to advertise an upcoming movie, game or television series.

• Teasers, unlike typical theatrical trailers, are usually very short in length (between 30–60 seconds) and usually contain little, if any, actual footage from the film. They are usually released well in advance of the film being released.

• It shows only one character during the clip an old man

• Shows balloons and a house floating upwards which shows the audience why it is called UP.

• Starts of showing the sky and balloons rising up, which has a link to the title of the film.

• Doesn’t really show much of what is going to happen in the story.

• It is a very simple teaser trailer

• Different from other teaser trailers as it only has one long clip instead of quick clips.

• As it is a Disney Pixar film shows a family genre.
