Welcome to TeamTalk

I’m not proud to say this (however, apparently I’m perfectly ok with publishing the fact) that I’m currently feelingquite smug. A lot of my friends are sadly going through some kind of mid-thirties breakdown when it comes totheir jobs. Far from feeling inspired and satisfied at the end of the working week, they’ve been finding that they’refrantically crawling towards the end of the working day on Friday only to rush home and spend the wholeweekend dreading the return to work on Monday (I’m sure many of you will remember this from your pre-Kleeneze days!).

I, on the other hand, am looking forward to my Friday, so I can get home and curl up with the latest office-find,Outliers – The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell. I’ll return to work on Monday to an inbox no doubtswimming in positive stories from all of you in the Network and spend the rest of the week happily editing them.

Ok, it’s not nice to be smug, but there is a reason I’m telling you this and that’s because I want you to know thatin the office we really believe in the tools and practices we endorse. I’m fairly certain that I’m not the only personat Team HQ who has a copy of Design Your Best Year Ever on their bedside table. I happen to know for sure thatThe Slight Edge and Compound Effect had a huge influence on many of us. Want to see definitive proof of anyof this? Look at Kleeneze’s Lloyd Brown who landed a place in New York after he wracked up afantastic Twitter campaign in true ‘Go for No’ fashion!

This external material is probably only about 20% of our inspiration too. The majority of itcomes from, whether you know it or not – YOU! The conversations on Facebook andTwitter in the last month have been mind-bogglingly inspiring. Your results have beenimmense, so make sure you’re sharing these conversations with your friends too.

We’re currently in the midst of a huge love affair with YouTube. It’s simply an excellent source oftraining and whereas pictures speak a thousand words, videos surpass this by leaps and bounds. If,in the past, you’ve thought that this website was just for videos on how to apply mascara or whip up anice soufflé, rest assured Michael Khatkar has also come up with some other videos as well as these (ha!).He’s organised three new fantastic video trainings for you, which you can read all about on page 12.

Of course, it’s all about the Christmas retail at the moment. We’ve caught up with three top retailingDistributorships in the Network to give you some of their tips to get you through the following weeks(see page 18). Remember, retailing isn’t just for Christmas either - Boxing Day sales are testament to that!

It’s honestly tremendous to see how far so many of you have come in 2011, but this year will soon be sooo lastyear and we can’t wait to see the success 2012 has lined up. With the launch of ezeparty, we know it’s going tobring something very new and exciting to your teams and to your income. Let’s face it, many of you are alreadyseasoned party animals…this should be a great way to combine your natural partying ways with boostingyour sales!

So, let me take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas fromeveryone here at HQ. We will be out in force once more onSaturday 7 January at the NIA Birmingham for the New Year Launch,so I’ll see you there!

A new opportunity is coming your way. ezeparty is set to see your sales increase, your teams grow and your business become bigger and stronger than ever come 2012.

So what’s all the fuss about? Why should you get involved and what’s your next step? Sales Director and the force behind this new initiative, Lisa Burke tells all.

Excitement and momentum is currently accelerating at a rapid pace as we get closer to the official launch date for our exclusive Party Plan programme on Saturday 7 January at our New Year Launch.

To start off, we will be launching an ezecook theme using our fabulous kitchen products that make cooking easy, economical and nutritious.

ezecook Distributors will go to the host’s home at a pre-arranged time and entertain the guests with practical and easy demonstrations of the products. With the help of party games and a video from our celebrity chef, Nigel Smith, the party will be fun, informative and very social.

With the chilly winter nights and the anti-climax of Christmas, there is no better time than January to cheer everyone up. It’s time to pop on the kettle, finish off the Christmas booze and those Christmas nibbles in time for the great January detox.

All our special hosts will receive free products of their choice based on their party sales. This generous host programme will give hosts the opportunity to shop for free, in the comfort of their own home and amongst their invited friends.

For Distributors it is an opportunity to increase personal retailing by putting some parties into your diary in addition to your current retailing.Plus it’s a chance to increase your team building activities by attracting a wider audience to the Kleeneze opportunity.

Currently there will be hundreds of thousands of people who know about the Kleeneze opportunity, but for whatever reason have not joined. For some it may simply be that delivering catalogues was just not for them. Now, with ezeparty, you have an opening to go back to them and offer a brand new opportunity plus give them first dibs on joining. How many companies are out there today that have the stability of a company that has been trading for nearly 90 years, but can still offer a new, unique joining option?

At the New Year Launch we will be revealing the full, highly-subsidised host rewards programme, along with fabulous literature and full training and support package to run alongside your parties.

There will also be a very special launch offer - only available on the day - to get an amazing kit of products and stationery items, with everything you need to get your parties started.

To help you make the most of this special pre-launch time, our fabulous I.T. team have developed an online pre-registration system that will allow you to invite people to come and see what all the fuss is about at the launch. The system will also allow those who pre-register to invite their own contacts, but the best news is, when they upgrade to an ezeparty Distributor they will be in your downline in the order that they pre-registered. You will have already received an email all about this earlier in the month.

We know this is going to be a huge success. We have been testing it for the last couple of months with a small group and have seen some outstanding results.

At the time of writing, the top party recorded was presented by Helen Walsh in Jean and Mike Day’s team. She cashed up a fabulous £380 in sales - well done Helen. I am sure you were thrilled. For just a couple of hours of drinking someone else’s coffee, and having a fun evening you earned over £80 (£40 an hour can’t be bad!).

You can also read Emma Mackelden’s story (right) of how she has sold over £1,200 from just 4 parties.

Of course, not every party will be this high, but we have typically seen the average party come in at £130 and raising to £190 for those a little more experienced in party plan.

That’s incomes averaging between £26 -£38 a party (£13 - £19 an hour).

So what’s so special about ezeparty?

Get paidto party

04

Page 5: Team talk-issue-3 2012 12

Everyone has to start somewhere. I always advise new people to put an ‘L -plate’ on their display and try not to take themselves too seriously when starting out. Customers don’t like being ’sold’ to, so make a joke out of the fact you are learning and tell them you are not here to use any pressure selling techniques you just want everyone to have fun, enjoy the party and share with them how the ezecook products can make cooking and preparation eze.

You will get a manual with an easy-to-follow party guide along with YouTube training resources.

The party is also a fabulous place to sponsor new recruits. Typically 70% of new ezeparty recruits will come from parties. People will see what you are doing, hear your story and will want to join for the flexibility and income it can offer. You will also meet people who prefer the idea of dropping catalogues, so it will be a fabulous opportunity to increase your over-all team building opportunity. A win-win situation!

We will also be putting the ezespa theme into test from January, so this is just the beginning - it really is time to get the party started!

Initially only people attending on the day will have the opportunity of joining the programme or sponsoring others for ezeparty. So if you haven’t already booked your place, don’t delay!

Looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday 7 January.

Much love,

Lisa. x

“I used to do party planning for over 3 years long before I joined Kleeneze. I was nervous about doing my first ezecook party, though, as I had not done a party like this for over 2 years. At the start of the evening, I kept my introduction brief and played a little party game called ‘Left and Right’. This meant people were focusing on listening out for left and right and with everyone giggling, it wasn’t just everyone staring at you which takes off a huge amount of pressure.

My parties varied on sales; between £100 and £280 - not bad for being there 2-and-half hours! One tip is to make sure that your website is available on all of the invites and everything you give out, so if for some reason people couldn’t come, they can look online and still place orders with you. I gave out my business cards to all the attendees and asked them to keep them in their purse. It contains my website address and my phone number in case they need me, or wish to order extra items. Keep the party open for a few days so that people who did come can tell people about the great products they had seen, and extra orders can still be placed.

I also drafted up a gift wish list and gave this out at the start of the party. I advised that as the products were being passed around, to write them down on their list and explained that this would help them to remember the products they liked when they were later writing out their order forms. People kept their lists and took them home with them. If they had a lot of items on their list, I could help them to get some items for free by hosting their own party, or they could call me, or even order extra products online as and when they wanted to.

In order to encourage people to book parties with me, I highlighted to people at the end of the evening how much commission the hostess has earned, and tried to make sure everyone had a great, fun evening, so they’d want to book their own evening as well.

I think our sales will grow massively in 2012 because of party plan!

We have very high aims for it with our business and what it can bring others that hadn’t wanted their own Kleeneze

business before now.

I’m really excited about the full launch on 7 January. There are many people out

there that cataloguing does not appeal to, so party plan will be a great alternative for them. Some people are very social people, so party planning will be great for them.”

Rules of EngagementIt was certainly an attractive proposal for Kleeneze Distributors trip to New York as a reward for driving their business forward and exceeding targets. And four couples who enjoyed this adventure of a lifetime took that proposal literally - by popping the question during their transatlantic trip!

Almost 200 qualifying Distributors jetted off to take a bite of the Big Apple in November to celebrate their successes. Months of hard work,

fruition, as Distributors, from all over the country, took in the luxurious surroundings of their home for the duration - the famous Waldorf Astoria hotel in Manhattan. This trip of a lifetime, which saw the successful Distributors take in sights including the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty and Broadway, rewarded those who had worked tirelessly to drive the business on.

Chloe’s and Elvin’s

After Elvin was made redundant we wanted to boost our savings,” Chloe explained. “The business really took off quickly and we decided to commit to it full-time. One of the biggest bonuses for us is that we can work together.

We achieved Gold in June this year and haven’t looked back since. We decided to really focus on the retail and boosted our small team by sponsoring more people in. We saw New York as a real incentiveand with that in mind we set about

planning a real push.

“Elvin gets up at 5am or 6am and as he doesn’t drive, he does most of his work on foot. Once I’ve dropped off my daughter at school I then join him with the car and we carry on together.

“The trip to New York was absolutely brilliant and we were treated like royalty. When Elvin proposed it was complete surprise! We’ve been together for two years and I had no idea he was thinking about asking me to marry him while we were in New York. Our sponsor,

Caroline Bell brought the ring out in secret and we were ice skating in Central Park when he proposed. I burst into tears and said ‘yes’ right away. We’re not going to wait around – the wedding’s planned for January 2012!”

Chloe & Elvin’s Top Tips for Success

Start retailing earlier in the day and finish later; there’s no substitute for hard graft! Double your retail and double your sponsoring. Find your reason for wanting to succeed and really go for it.

Chloe West & Elvin Bailey, GosportChloe and Elvin both joined Kleeneze in January 2011after Elvin was made redundant and Chloe wanted to find some work that fitted in with her young daughter’s hours at school.

Julie Cotton & Neil Tomkinson, PrestonJulie and Neil have a total of seven years’ experience as Distributors and credit the business with changing their lives for the better in many different ways. Julie worked long hours in the NHS before having to leave on health grounds, while Neil was looking for a new business venture to become involved in.

Rules of Engagement

“Of course another highlight was when Neil proposed as it was a complete surprise to me! We’ve been together for 15 years and although we had discussed getting married if we qualified for New York, I really wasn’t expecting it to happen while we were there. He proposed at the Gala Dinner, dropping down on one knee and asking me to marry him! I didn’t hesitate and said ‘yes’ straight away. We haven’t set a date yet but are planning a non-traditional wedding with lots of our Kleeneze friends present. They really are like our family and we want as many people as possible to share in our happy day.

Julie & Neil’s Top Tips for Success

Set your goals, visualise your targets and use them as motivation.

Follow your team’s system and don’t be tempted to reinvent the wheel; if it works, stick with it.

Build on your own self-belief and find the motivational techniques that work for you.

John Morgan & Gilly McCrone, DublinJohn and Gilly have been Kleeneze Distributors for four-and-a-half and three-and-a-half years respectively. A trained engineer, John began by working as a Distributor in the evenings around his day job, but soon decided he wanted to work for himself and dedicated himself to Kleeneze on a full-time basis.

“I love the freedom of being my own boss and being able to make my own decisions. I’d not heard of Kleeneze before, but when I saw an advert in a newspaper, I decided to find out more. After five years in engineering, I wanted a new challenge. Kleeneze has given me that and much more.

“We qualified for New York based on our growth, achieving this by helping our team generate more business and therefore more income. We increased our own retail alongside our team, knowing we had a great chance of qualifying as we already had a great deal of momentum in our business. We knew that if we could just push ourselves and our team then we could succeed.

“Gilly and I had been hoping to visit New York last year but decided not to go as the flights were expensive, so when we saw that it was the next Destination, we really focused on getting there.

“I was completely dedicated to my career as an occupational therapy manager within the NHS but after developing ME, I was no longer able to work in such a demanding environment. I still wanted to work, though, so started looking around for something. The money was great, it provided a little more for the family, but after being inspired by Ram and Sylvia Laing, I realised that Kleeneze would tick so many more boxes for me than my previous career ever did. I can honestly say that it’s completely changed my life.

“We qualified for New York on percentage growth and did this by encouraging our team members, supporting them and giving them the motivation to meet their own targets. We were watching the performance of other teams and we had a rough idea of what we needed to do to succeed. Qualifying for New York was very important as it proved to our team that they can achieve these things too.

“New York was absolutely amazing. I was most looking forward to seeing The Slight Edge author, Jeff Olsen. It was such a great opportunity to listen to him speak.

“Qualifying for New York changed our business in so many ways and it gave us the belief that this opportunity can give us everything we had ever dreamt of. In six months we put an extra £1,000 on our cheque and helped other people to earn the incomes that they wanted. Our plans for the next 12 months are simple. We want to keep doing what we’ve been doing for the last six months as there’s no need to change a winning formula. We just want to share this wonderful opportunity with as many people as possible as by helping others grow we grow.”

Ian & Sally’s Top Tips for Success Lead by example. Retail as much as you can in the time you have available. That way you can control your income and be an inspiration to any new team members who are building a customer base.

Your attitude in this business is everything, so attend and participate in all the meetings that your group put on and invest in self-development books and CDs.

If you want to get to Miami then ally yourself to someone who has already qualified for a conference, as after all, they have already blazed that particular trail and they know what it takes.

“We were among the first three in the entire network to qualify. In our four years in Kleeneze, Sally has undergone five full hip replacements and two complete knee replacements. Last year when New York was announced, Sally was in hospital having undergone yet another operation so she needed something special to look forward to. Failing to qualify for New York was never an option! We retailed about £3,500 to £4,000 ourselves every period and sponsored like crazy! We even got extra spending money in New York, because of the additional periods we held Gold.

“People are surprised when we tell them that it was actually Sally who proposed to me at the top of the Empire State Building! I have proposed to Sally a number of times before - the last time was over twelve years ago - then I gave up asking. At first I thought Sally was joking and maybe being at the top of the Empire State had made

her dizzy from lack of oxygen! But when we got back on terra firma she

repeated the proposal, so I knew it

was true.

Ian Williams & Sally Mellor, ShropshireIan and Sally began working with Kleeneze, because they wanted to make some savings while working together in a stress-free business with minimum disruption to their day jobs. As a psychiatric nurse, Sally had a demanding role to play at work and Ian worked as a planner. Their involvement with Kleeneze grew steadily until they decided to commit full-time and concentrate their efforts solely on their joint venture.

“I was thinking of proposing to Gilly at the top of the Empire State Building but when we arrived there it was far too busy so I decided to delay. Then I’d planned to ask her to marry me during a horse and trap ride in Central Park, but Gilly was feeling unwell so we didn’t go on one. Finally I managed to ask her while we were on a cruise around Manhattan, with the Empire State Building in the background. I asked a passenger to take a photo and while they were doing that, I proposed! Gilly burst into tears of joy and said yes.

“Since coming back from New York, we’ve really been focusing on continuing to grow the business by using the momentum we’ve built up. We’re introducing as many people as possible and helping them to get the most out of it. We’re keen to grow another leg and are working hard to qualify for Miami; if we go, we might even treatit as an early honeymoon!”

John & Gilly’s Top Tips for Success Speak to someone who has already qualified for a Destination and find out exactly what you need to achieve success.

Write down a plan of action, identifying what you need to do and stick to it.

Hard work and dedication are essential; focus on the goal and have faith in yourself.

These recent YouTube trainings have been a huge hit in the Network, so now we’reasking you what subjects you would like to see covered! You can email me [email protected] using the subject title YouTube trainings.

With almost 200 Distributors in New York it would have beenremiss of us to let it be all fun and no work, so Director ofNetwork Development, Michael Khatkar tracked down threeDistributors while they were at the Waldorf and quizzedthem for their tips. Here he shares with you all about thistriple dose of Network training.“Back in the old days (I’m still a spring chicken, so this is, of course, all what I’ve been told), you would have to wait until a meeting to

glean these pearls of wisdom, but the tools that are now available are so incredible that youcan get this training when and wherever you need to.

YouTube has been one of the tools that we’ve really focussed on in 2011, because it’s so easyto use and to share. It’s become a huge source of training for Distributors over the past 12months and we’re not done quite yet!

Over the Christmas period, we will putting another three incredible trainings on our YouTubesite. Our most recent Kleeneze Destination, New York, was packed full of successful qualifiersso I took advantage of this situation to pick on three of them to deliver some training on whatthey’re really great at in their field.”

As a company and, indeed within our industry, it’salways been a challenge to get people to events. However, it’s a challenge we’ve alwayssucceeded at! Ram has some great tips in thistraining on how to hold a good event yourself andhow to encourage people to events. It’s soimportant to lead by example. A meeting willalways encourage people to stay in the business,do more and, most importantly, it fosters greatteam spirit.

(PS. We’re still one of the few companies thatholds their events at the NIA and set it alight!)

We all know that this is a business that rewardshard work, effort and determination. But some ofthe biggest successes in the Network haveachieved great things through just one thing –motivation. To be able to motivate yourself is animportant skill and Helen Walsh has providedsome fantastic ideas in this training on how tohone this skill, as well as how to keep yourteam motivated.

Network Marketing at its simplest isrecommending the opportunity to other people. AtKleeneze, we call this lead generation. Kevin is onewho has had an exceptional year in leadgeneration; finding people who will thrive in thisbusiness and “selling” the opportunity to them. 2012 starts with iCan“I’m doing something that I’ve never donebefore and never seen a speaker do before,I’m offering something unique as a follow-up to the Showcase too to keep people ontrack with their action steps.”

Traditionally, of course, most wouldwant their book before Christmas tohit those sales, but Richard hasdelayed the launch in order forKleeneze to have the world-firstexclusive at the Showcase onSaturday 7 January.

“I just want it to have a massive impact,”he says. “It’s such a privilege to be asked tocome and speak to such a wonderfulgroup of people who are alreadyso highly motivated.

“If you haven’t heard my story before, please don’t look for it beforehand! It’s themost powerful when you hear it for thefirst time. Come to the Showcase withfresh eyes or it will be like buying a bookand reading the ending first!

“Without a shadow of a doubt, youneed to be there in January,” hestresses. “I’ve told my story now tothousands of people and time andtime again, when they’ve heard it,they’ve connected with me andwhen they’ve taken the steps, they’veseen results. My message isappropriate for every humanbeing on the planet. No matterhow successful we are, we canalways do a bit more. If our lifedepended on it, we’d find a way todo a bit more and our futures dodepend upon it.”

As exclusively revealed by ManagingDirector, Jamie Stewart in New York lastmonth, our guest speaker for the KleenezeLIVE! New Year Launch 2012 is someonetruly amazing with an incredible story – it’sthe inspirational Richard McCann!

If you attended Kleeneze LIVE!Warwick or Falkirk earlier in the year, you will have already heard hisagainst-all-odds story. Well, now he’sback and this time with hisnew book in which he shares hissecrets of success.

“The book came by as a result of my recentspeaker bookings,” Richard explains. “Iwrote my first two books in 2003 and 2007respectively, but those were purely aboutmy story. After that, I embarked on my‘speaker journey’ and it was through thisand going beyond my story that I realised Ihad the greatest impact.

“iCan is almost like a keynote presentation. It shows the things that I went through andhow they were dealt with are applicable tothose reading the book, as well as givingthem suggestions on how they can go on toimprove their lives, grow their businesses orgrow as a person.”

Not only has Richard spent a summertouring the country with hisremarkable story, he has also becomea firm friend of Kleeneze throughTwitter and Facebook. In fact, he’sbecome such an avid supporter of theNetwork that he’s created a specialKleeneze version of the book.

“It’s really come about as a result of gettingto know the business better, speaking to a

number of Distributors, attending variousevents and applying all this knowledge tomy book,” the speaker said. “I actually feellike I’m part of Kleeneze now!

“I’ve obviously put examples of how mystory has helped change other people’slives, but there are also other people’s reallife stories. They say that facts tell, storiessell, but this is more than just stories – it’sfull of action points that will help you growyour business too.”

Richard’s book is entitled iCan. Heaccredits this not only to his name, butto the fact that he believes thateveryone can achieve anything theyset out to achieve.

“Everything in life begins with I can,”Richard stresses. “If you don’t believe youcan achieve something, it’s not going tohappen. It’s all about belief. What takesplace in our mind, is directly related to whatwe achieve out there in the world.”

Belief is all very well, but Richard’smessage is also very stronglyfocussed towards actually takingthose steps towards achievement andShowcase attendees will be takingaway something very special onthe day to keep them on track withtheir goals.

“That’s one of my key messages,” he tellsus. “Yes, I’ll be making various points inJanuary, but if you just sit back and donothing about it, it will be pointless. It’sabout committing to taking those steps.Don’t leave it – do it now! By the followingweek, you’ll be on to something else, sothere really is no time to waste.

Design your best year everA fresh New Year beckons, so what better way to start if off with the Kleeneze New Year Launch?

“The New Year Launch is a great source ofinformation as to what’s coming up in theyear - what the company forecasts andtheir ideas. You get the inspiration andmotivation of the network speakers andbusiness tips that will help you along. Oneof our favourite things as well is themassive recognition in January and all thesynergy it creates.

More than anything, in all of the yearswe’ve been, we’ve always found that atleast one team member that attends stepsout and wants to achieve the Gold status.

The New Year Launch just gets you focusedearly after Christmas and the New Year. Itreally gives you the energy to get going. Ithink it’s the most important one if youwant to have a successful year. Mostpeople make a New Year’s resolution andthe Showcase gives you that resolution. Itgets you off to a great start and gets you offthe blocks faster.”

Yes, you can win a car. Yes, there’ll bethe launch of the fantastic newezeparty opportunity. Of course, there’llbe some traditional Kleeneze surpriseson the day. Absolutely, you’ll walkaway from the day with lots of goodies.

However, we think the most importantreason to attend the event is that it willget your 2012 off to a roaring start. You’llbe motivated and inspired to get out thereand do it.

Naturally, we love all the Kleeneze events, but it’s New Year that really shakes us upand confirms our resolve to achieve thosegoals throughout the year. It’s the bestkick-start to the year that we know of.

Don’t take our word for it, though. We caught up with SilverSenior Executive Distributor,Ram Laing who believes thesuccess of your year all hingeson starting off on the right foot.

Here’s a great tip from Gold Executive Distributor, Geoff Owen:

“When I started Kleeneze I was in the RAF and I was, at times, in an officewith about 20 colleagues. They all knew that I did Kleeneze but at thattime none of them had joined the business.

However once I got to Gold our names appeared in the Period Bulk Salescharts in the old Enterprize Magazine, so each Period I highlighted ournames on the Bulk Sales and any other place that our names appeared. Ithen left the magazine open at this page. Each Period as our business grewour names got higher in the list.

When I got in the office the magazine started to appear on different desks– YES they were looking and getting more inquisitive!

More questions kept coming:-

Are those your sales for the year? No, that’s just the last 4 weeks.

How do you have time to do that as you work here 60 hours aweek (with the travelling)? It’s not just me; we have a team we help tomake money as well.

How does it work then?! - Just what I wanted to hear! I was using the pigeon feeding technique that I heard from Chris MasonPaull. All of my colleagues had now been turned from doubters into hotprospects with the power of a highlighter pen and amonthly magazine! In the end I had got 4 of them into our teamwhich was instrumental in helping us toachieve some of our goals – a cruise onthe Sea Goddess & being able to quitwork (7 years early).

Use Team Talk to grow your business!”

2011 is coming to an end and it seems that many of you have pulled all the stops out to ensure you achieve thosegoals that you set out to at the beginning of the year. You only need to look over the next few pages at all the namesof those who have achieved huge business success in Period 11. Use this success to grow your business!

Page 27: Team talk-issue-3 2012 12

JamieStewartIt’s the last issue of Team Talk in 2011, but as much as I would love tolook back and remember all of the success that this incredible year hasbrought; instead I want to look forward. I think that now is the time tobuild on that success.

We’re incredibly busy here at HQ making sure that everything is in place for you tomake the most out of our biggest sales period of the year. You will already knowthat at this time of year, sales peak and that’s without upping your activity! Soimagine the cheque you could be receiving if you really put everything you haveinto building a team as well? The sales from the Christmas Catalogue speak forthemselves and with two new books now out, there’s even more choice foryour customers.

Hopefully, you’ve all been demonstrating that front cover product, because I cannotwait to see who wins the Mini First in January! I might get Michael to announcethe name this time! Seriously, though, I’ve heard so many stories from those whodemonstrated the products and it’s fantastic to hear about the extra profit they’vereceived by doing something that’s so simple. If you’ve yet to try it, visit the DSAwhere you’ll find lots of tips and scripts under our Learn to Earn section.

Of course, there’s the other massive event coming our way that’s causing themembers of HQ to scurry about as well! The New Year Launch at the beginning ofJanuary is set to be an event like no other. Our new Kleeneze party plan, ezeparty,is going to add so much to your businesses. Not only will it give you an addedsource of income from extra orders, you’re going to find a whole new audience topresent this new opportunity to. We’re incredibly excited about the upcomingLaunch and I hope to see many of you there.

With Richard McCann as our guest speaker for the New Year Launch, we’vedecided to give 2012 a motto. That motto is ‘iCan’. I really believe you can. Yourteam members really believe you can. So it’s just down to you now to tap into thatbelief for yourself and to go out there in the Olympic year and grab all the successthat you want. I’ve already got some big goals planned for the next year that willmean some big increases in earnings for lots of you, but it all starts with iCan onSaturday 7 January.

So I’d urge you to book now and commit yourself to making a real difference in2012. Take the time now to clearly define what you want to achieve in 2012 andthen come along to the New Year Launch to find out just how we can help youachieve your goals.

We’ve already had a lot of ‘best-ever’ income cheques and turnovers, but watchthis space…2012 is the year that will beat every other one we’ve ever seen.

2011 has flown by leaving a mass of success stories in its wake, but this is just thestart! Whatever goals you have in your sights for 2012, rest assured we will bedoing all we can to support you in achieving them. Saturday 7 January is the daytogether we start the preparation and planning for the massive action that is goingto make 2012 a pinnacle year for everyone.

So enjoy the Christmas retail and keep those catalogues out in your customerhouses right through December. Take a well earned break, but don’t let your incomedrop. Put the retail tips into practice for the month of December and I look forwardto awarding the Mini First and other prizes at the New Year Launch.

Finally thanks again for all that you do to make Kleeneze great. Wecouldn’t do it without you. Wishing you all a very merry andsuccessful Christmas.
