To whom this may concern,

Good day! We are Team Runshift, a group of cyclist from Rizal area. I am writing you this letter to ask for permission if we can use your bike shop’s logo. I will be joining a full marathon event and a duathlon event this October together with some of my team members and I will be having a personalized triathlon suit for myself and I’m thinking if I can put your logo in my trisuit as one of our sponsors. I already have my design and already gave my payment to the trisuit maker I’m just waiting for your approva regarding thisl and a copy of your present logo. My team is not that competitive, not all of us joins races but when we ride together, we aim to inspire people about our teamwork, we live by the saying “walang iwanan” Our team will be featured in a magazine this October, Bikes Magazine’s first issue. They noticed how our team rides, the teamwork and the friendship that we have so they messaged me on facebook and asked me to send in some pics of the team and the story behind our teamwork and friendship. It will be cool if you will have a copy of the magazine for you to know our team more. We can give you 1 copy if you want. As of now, we are waiting for our team’s customized cycling jerseys to be released this week so that we will have a uniform in our next rides. Some of our rides that we did are Taytay to Tagaytay, Laguna loop ride and more. We are also hoping if ever you can give us sponsorship in our next team jersey that will include your logo as one of our sponsors, and discounts in your bikeshop whenever we need anything like parts and tune-ups, I personally go to your bikeshop and I’ve already bought some parts like my previous carbon fork etc. Hence, we will promote your bike shop through our posts online and we’ll carry your name and logo in our jerseys. Also, one of our members is a friend of your daughter. We will definitely promote your bike shop. Attached here are some of our previous posts from our past rides

Still undecided about the design of the trisuit but once I’ve already approved the design and made a go signal to the trisuit maker, it will be the official trisuit design of our team.
