Listing your property on both Sunshine Multiple Listings and Rapattoni Service ensures that
your home will be seen by all buyers. Most agents only belong to a single board because of the

(Press Release - March 8., 2011) Keller Williams® Realty Inc., is now the second-largest real estate franchise in
the United States based on the total number of sales professionals, surpassing Century 21, according to research
conducted by REAL Trends, a leading source of analysis and information in the residential real estate industry.
The company claimed the number two spot with 77,672 U.S.-based associates at the end of 2010, just two years
after claiming the number three spot from RE/MAX® International.
This news comes one week after the announcement of positive growth by the company at their annual convention
in Anaheim. Including its presence in Canada, Keller Williams closed the year with 79,315 associates and 701
market centers (offices). At the convention, Willis also shared that Keller Williams associate profit share was up
7.2 percent, with its agents receiving $34.6 million dollars back in 2010. Despite industry contraction, Keller Wil-
liams associates across North America also showed significant percentage gains in listings taken (+13%), contracts
closed volume (+9%) and contracts closed units (+6%).
The company also formed Keller Williams Worldwide with Chris Heller as president, citing plans for global ex-
pansion, with plans to grow the division by an additional 75,000 associates in 10 years. “Our goals are to expand
the Keller Williams Realty model – with the focus on training and our sound business models,” said Chris Heller,
president of KW Worldwide. “And, when looking for the right country and business partners in planning for ex-
pansion, we will not sacrifice the perfect fit with our mission, vision and the KW culture, those are absolutely nec-
essary.”
Despite the sharp downturn in the real estate market, since 2005 Keller Williams Realty has grown 30 percent in
agents, 40 percent in market centers, 21 percent in closed units and 11 percent in closed GCI.

Justin Helmus - Buyer Specialist
Originally born Arlington, VA, Justin was raised in beautiful Clearwater,
Florida. In 2006, Justin moved to Estero to attend Florida Gulf Coast
University (FGCU). While at FGCU, Justin was the founding President
of The Sigma Chi Fraternity chapter and completed four internships, just
to name a few. He graduated in 2010 with a B.S. degree in Marketing
and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. graduate degree in Finance at FGCU
as well. Justin offers a wealth of experience in business finance, high-end
sales and leadership. His passion for luxury real estate lead him to get his
real estate license and come to Keller Williams Elite Realty. He is thrilled to work alongside
Michael Burke and assist him in bringing their growing clientele to the next level.
Sharon Rowland - Closing Coordinator

Born and raised in Northeast Atlanta, GA, she moved to Southwest Flor-
ida with her family in 1990. Sharon worked within real estate develop-
ment and property management in Naples for ten years prior to obtaining
her Florida real estate license. She has extensive real estate business ad-
ministration and management experience, and is skilled in marketing and
customer service as well.
Sharon and John, her husband of 23 years, have two grown children and one grandchild, with
whom they spend a great deal of time. An accomplished pianist, Sharon is also dedicated to
serving in the music ministry at a local church in Estero.

Meet the Coconut Point Team “Continued”
Shelly Burke - Marketing Director
Shelly is from the Midwest growing up in small eastern suburb of
Cleveland, Ohio. She is an avid animal lover, owns two boxers and
volunteered for Charity events for the Geauga Humane Society in her
home town where she grew up. She now does some volunteering for
her local Church in Bonita Springs.
After meeting her husband Michael, they started a successful com-
puter hardware company in which Shelly was CFO for 15 years. Af-
ter moving to Florida and realizing the accomplishments and success
they had achieved in their prior adventure, a decision was made for Shelly to join Michael’s
team in 2005 to help bring their real estate business to the next level.
Shelly is the teams “behind the scenes marketing administrator” who you will most likely
meet when a photo shoot has been scheduled. Shelly also brings with her strong work eth-
ics, office management skills organizational skills, and attention to detail keeping the team
running smoothly on a daily basis.
Alana Consolo - Marketing & Administrative Assistant
After serving the Southwest Florida Realtor community for the
past three years through her and her husband’s online furniture
consignment company, Consignment To Go, Alana recently earned her
Real Estate License and joined Team Michael Burke. With a strong
background in marketing, sales and service (including residential mort-
gage lending), Alana brings her dedication and enthusiasm for finding
the best solution for each client’s unique needs and goals.
Born in Fairfax, Virginia, raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Alana has been
a resident of Estero since January 2006. She and her husband, Joe,
have a three year old daughter and enjoying all that the area has to offer young families.
They are fortunate to spend a great deal of time with both sets of their daughter’s grandpar-
ents who live in the Bonita Springs/Estero area year round.
