Fiblastic Plaster is ready to use 2-component plaster based on cement with carefully graded aggregates in combination with selected admixtures & synthetic resins.

Coverage: -2.5kg /m2 for 1.5mm thickness.

Fibweather is a unique elastomeric high build coating based on a revolutionary acrylic polymer with quick-set capabilities to resist premature moisture attack. It provides durability, low temperature flexibility, excellent resistance to weathering and dirt pick-up.

Coverage: -400 gram /m2 for 200 micron

thickness.

Colorless Water Repellent Surface TreatmentWB- Water BasedSB- Solvent Based

Description: -FIBSILICON is a liquid compound

which penetrates the pores of treated materials & provides a durable, invisible & highly effective water repellent film.

Coverage: -1 liter 5-6/m2 depend on the porosity

on the floor.

Application

STEP 1Remove dust, oil, remainders by using grinders and fresh water only. All substrate must be sound & clean

STEP 2Presence of holes to be cleaned & damped

STEP 3Filling of Holes with FIBPLUG.

STEP 4Honeycombing may be found by concrete pouring or pumping..

STEP 5Fill the honeycombing

STEP 6Damaged concrete

Application

STEP 7Fill the damaged area depending on the depth.

STEP 8Joint treatment – a joint between Vertical wall and ground must be Treated

STEP 9After surface treatment surface is ready for the application of the recommend product. Products will apply as per their recommend methodology.
