Create a document in a Microsoft Office.

You can create a document in either Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Excel or any Microsoft Office program.

After completing the document, save your document.

Click File and then Save. A screen will come up. If you are doing a document under Microsoft

Word, save the file under ‘Rich Text Format’. Otherwise, save you file under the document you are using.

Choose the place you would like to save your document. Example, click computer or jump-drive.

Finally, exit out of your saved document.

Click the internet source, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

In the web browser, type ecampus.dcccd.edu, this will take you to E-campus website.

Enter your student ID and password.

Access the class the document is for.

Click on the tab “Submit Assignments.” In the middle of the screen there are two

tabs. They are ”Browse My Computer” and “Browse Course”. Choose “Browse My Computer”.

A mini screen will show. Choose the file your document is saved in. Click the “Open” tab.

On the assignment screen, your file will be attached to the assignment.

Finally, click the “Submit” tab and your document will be submitted.

To make sure your assignment was received, click “Tools”, then “Grade Book”.

If your assignment was received, there will be an exclamation mark (!), meaning it needs to be graded.

If it was not received, there will be dashes, meaning you will have to resubmit your document.
