Team Around the Child: Shaping the future of Children & Young People

An approach first developed to provide integrated services to children under 5 with complex disabilities – generally through child development services – bringing together health visitors, paediatricians, social workers, SEN team administrators, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, psychologists, portage workers and speech and language therapists to meet the individual needs of children/young people and their family.
