- How to Download: Go to http://icampus.dongguk.edu and click ①“Webex Download”

(takes 5~10 minutes)

2. Install Shield automatically runs as Webex file is downloaded.

1. Access to Dongguk University's uDRIMS site: http://udrims.dongguk.edu

2. Apply for creation of ID (faculty number)

- Click [“ID 신청 (Apply for ID)”] (①) in the right menu on the initial screen of uDRIMS

→ Click [“확인 (OK)”] after agreeing to the terms of use

- In the step of checking whether to join as a member, select the user classification as [“교원(Teacher)”]

and enter the name and date of birth (②)

→ Click [“조회(Search)”](③) → When the faculty member number is searched in the pop-up window,

select (④) and click [“확인(OK)”](⑤)

※ When multiple faculty numbers are searched: Instructors must select a faculty number starting with NL /

Professors must check a faculty number separately through the department/academic affairs management office, etc.

3. At the authentication step, the authentication number will be sent to your email

4. Check the authentication number in the e-mail, enter it and apply for an integrated ID

1. Click [강의실가기 (Go to classroom)] (①) of the lecture in the list of my classrooms

2. Click [학습차시 추가(Add Learning Session)] in [학습 목차(Learning Contents)]-[강의 목록(Lecture List)] (②)

3. Click [화상강의 (Video Lecture)](③) from the top menu in the Add Learning Session pop-up window

4. Enter learning session, learning time, lecture period, and lecture password (④), and click [저장(Save)] (⑤)

※ Must enter at least 1 minute of learning time ※ Enter class start time and end time for lecture time

※ Recommended to enter 6-digit class password

Please use it when you need to create and conduct an additional class other than the automatically

created session.

When remote learning is held through e-class, attendance details are automatically linked.

Please note that a system will be established in the future so that attendance results can be disclosed

to students after detailed setting of attendance standards and first confirmation by the instructor.

[NOTE] Conducting Live-Streaming Lecture in Offline Classrooms

1. When office computers or personal laptops are not equipped with necessary devices,

Webex real-time lectures can be held in the assigned classrooms.

2. Each classroom is equipped with a webcam as shown in the photo below,

which enables live-streaming Webex lectures.

- Webcam and microphone are set to automatically activate when you start a Webex live

lesson in the classroom.

3. No need for extra headsets when conducting live Webex lectures in the classroom.

(Audio will be available with the speakers already set up in the classrooms and microphone function

on the webcam)

the maximum 2GB capacity.

- However, since there may be a problem with the file transfer when a large number of users are connected

- You can check saved files as txt files in the file storage location of my computer
