[NOTE] Conducting Live-Streaming Lecture in Offline Classrooms

1. When office computers or personal laptops are not equipped with necessary devices,

Webex real-time lectures can be held in the assigned classrooms.

2. Each classroom is equipped with a webcam as shown in the photo below,

which enables live-streaming Webex lectures.

- Webcam and microphone are set to automatically activate when you start a Webex live

lesson in the classroom.

3. No need for extra headsets when conducting live Webex lectures in the classroom.

(Audio will be available with the speakers already set up in the classrooms and microphone function

on the webcam)

② Microphone setting

- When observing multiple meeting rooms at the same time, the microphone is shared (overlapped)

and voice is transmitted to all rooms

- By selectively activating the microphone button, you can transmit voice to the meeting room

you want and mute the sound of other rooms
