SMALL GROUP (more details in “SMALL GROUP” section) ▪ Turn on & switch [DEVICE LABEL] to [SMALL GROUP]

DEVICE DEVICE LABEL ▪ Device label is managed (add/delete/edit) by TSS via admin console ▪ You may select more than one [ Device Label ] simultaneously
SELECT LABEL(s) CHECK DEVICE ▪ Select one or more LABEL to show the device(s) in class ▪ To ensure all the devices are connected. You may select [Check DEVICE].
The devices’ status will be shown on the status bar

DEVICE SELF-‐MENU DEVICE PROFILE ▪ Click on any device to open Device Self-‐Menu ▪ Check the device status ▪ Send smart command(s) to individual device
[Unlock] [Clear Passcode] [Dismiss Classroom] [Blackscreen] [Message] [Profile]
▪ Click on the [PROFILE] button of the popup. ▪ The available profiles are listed below:

DEVICE SMALL GROUP ▪ Turn on & switch [DEVICE LABEL] to [SMALL GROUP] at the side menu
SELECT GROUP EDIT GROUP ▪ Select any group or click [EDIT GROUP] to edit/add/reset group ▪ Select devices to form a small group for in-‐class grouping
▪ Groups you set up will appear on the “Device Label” ▪ You may also save the group for future use

APP APP LABEL ▪ Click on [APP] in the main menu, APP LABEL will appear at the bottom of the screen ▪ App label is managed (add/delete/edit) by TSS via admin console ▪ Teacher can categorize the apps and restrict student(s) to use specific apps
APP SECTION APP LOCK
Single App Lock (iPad and Android) 1. Turn on single app lock 2. Select the app you need to use 3. The selected app will be pinned on students’ devices
Multi-‐App Lock (Android only) 1. Turn on multi-‐app lock 2. Select the app label at the bottom (Set up by TSS) 3. Only selected apps will be available on students’
devices
Unlock (iPad and Android) 1. Unlock all the app(s) 2. All selected devices’ apps will back to their normal
status

OR -‐ SHARE #3 ▪ [Send to students]: Send URL and restrict student to specific webpage and can’t access other webpage ▪ [Send to students with toolbar]: Send URL and allow student to browse specific webpage with normal browser
function ▪ [Open]: Webpage will be opened in in-‐app browser ▪ [Open in browser]: Webpage will be opened in device’s default browser (e.g. Safari/Chrome…etc) ▪ [Cancel]

▪ Add / Click any existing Local note to add, check and edit content ▪ All valid URL will automatically transform to clickable link after save

NOTE EVERNOTE EVERNOTE – Add / Edit (same as LOCAL) You may prepare notes in Evernote. (You need to install Evernote separately) ▪ Login to your Evernote account ▪ Shared notes will be opened on students’ devices
▪ Select the notes you want to share ▪ Add / Click any existing Local note to add, check and edit content

MESSAGE Instant Message Sending Attachment Voice Recording ▪ Instant message helps you communicate
with students ▪ Message will be delivered to students’
devices
▪ Multiple file formats are supported (such as .jpg /.png /.docx / .xlsx / .ppt / .pdf / .mp3/ .mp4)
▪ After sending the attachment, the file will be downloaded in students’ devices
▪ You may send voice recording to students by pressing the voice icon and record your message
▪ This function is similar to WhatsApp

DISMISS BLACKSCREEN When class is finished, you may select [Dismiss] to dismiss devices from the current class ▪ [Other Classroom]: dismiss device(s) which is in other classroom ▪ [Dismiss]: dismiss device(s) in current classroom ▪ [Cancel]
▪ [Blackscreen]: when the command is sent, the screen of target device(s) will turn black and students will not be able to use their devices
▪ [Resume]: resume device(s) to normal
▪ END
