As a teacher, the only thing you can do is to not belong to this. And this requires much effort, hard work and dedication. Sometimes, hard work and dedication can’t secure you of such. What can really cloth you with such are to avoid things that are proven unnecessary and might endanger your profession as well. As a clue for any teachers out there, here are some areas that must not be overlooked to avoid teacher dismissals . 1. Continue to improve. Every teacher should never be satisfied with your current understanding of the subject matter. Whenever possible, ensure that you are making progress in terms of your subject matter. A good teacher knows immediately that lessons change. You should always look for opportunities where you can grow mentally. Thus attend seminars, symposia and workshops. Conduct research on issues directly relating to your subject. Competence and training for something higher are keys that can keep your teaching job. 2. Be in harmony with others. A teacher is not only teaching to students but also teaches camaraderie to others. You must maintain good relationships with your students and your colleagues as well. It would be hard on your side especially if someone say bad things against you. This can certainly reduce your morale and confidence as well. Another note, teachers must not only be good in the discussions, but also communicating to others. A good number of friends possibly colleagues are vital to safeguard you most especially in a very dynamic working environment. 3. Become active. Nothing is more meaningless than a teacher who is like a wallflower. In school there are many opportunities that you can join and be a part with. This in turn can amplify your current school

So, better be involved and be active. It's much better to do these things than harming your profession by being a part of the teacher dismissals list.
