Group Required Reviews

• As per Policy 8.1, Group Operating Boards are to review technical divisions at least every 5 years and (new) technical subdivisions at least every 3 years; Group Operating Boards are also responsible for a 2 year review of divisions not maintaining viable status

• Also, from the TCOB Operation Guide (§2.4)– Each Technical Group Operating Board (TGOB) is

required to perform an evaluation of the Technical Group Leader following this same process except the report shall be provided to the TGL and the TCVP, preferably by the Leadership Training Conference (“LTC”) each spring.

– 2 MALs review both report and plan for each division, prefer 1 MAL from the division under review
