To produce innovative and national solutions for the needs of Turkey in the fields of software and digital transformation
Mission
Goal 9
Within the framework of the mission of our Center, our Institute develops digital strategies by defining thedigital transformation needs that provide the strategies and policies of public institutions andorganizations, and aims to develop R&D-oriented software solutions planned with digital transformationroadmaps, taking into account new technology and innovative approaches.
In line with the vision of our Center, our institute aims to be the leading research institute that makes our country a reference point by contributingto the development of the informatics ecosystem in order to implement effective digital transformation strategies.
• To define national, institutional and thematic digital transformation needs from the perspective of corporate architecture and to plansolutions with new technology and innovative approaches,
• To carry out strategic, critical and R&D software development projects in digital government policies,
• Contributing to the development and widespread use of open source software development technologies,
• Developing a guide and reference model and offering guidance in order to develop the skills needed in the IT ecosystem,
• Developing information science methods and models by carrying out activities to create intelligence from memory formed by Digital Stateapplications,
Conducting R&D in national strategic and critical areas, developing technology / products, providing test / analysis and measurement services, revealing original solutions

Product Tracking System (ÜTS) Project
National Product Tracking and Monitoring Model and compatible information system are being developed in order to provide
infrastructures for tracking medical devices and cosmetic products from end-to-end, conducting audit mechanisms and executing clinical
engineering processes in a reliable and effective manner.
ӆTS is the information system that has been put into practice for the first time in the world in order to ensure the tracking of all produced or

An electronic document-based information system which enables centralized management of the accounting transactions of all
public institutes and agencies is being developed in cooperation with Minister of Treasury and Finance through significantly
simplified and speed up processes.

Digital Transformation Planning
Mathematical models and monitoring systems were developed to make predictions based on data.
Digital Transformation Road Maps of Public Institutions were prepared with the Corporate Architecture Approach.
Turkey's first Organic Carbon Map and Model was developed. Monitoring system was developed with Turkey and Desertification
model and risk map.
