    Rental Agreement:The Bridge Building

    Securing a DateI a representative o Te Bridge Building Event Spaces inorms you o the availability o adate, there is no assurance that the date will remain available without receiving a signed RentalAgreement and a Venue Payment in the amount o 50% o the Rental Rate plus sales tax. Teremaining 50% Rental Rate plus sales tax payment is due thirty (30) days afer the signature dateo this Rental Agreement.

    PaymentsAll payments must be made through the iCheck Gateway. All clients will be emailed a digitalinvoice with payment instructions.

    Venue Payments

    An initial deposit in the amount o the 50% o the Rental Rate plus tax is required to book thespace, with the remaining amount o the Rental Rate plus tax due thirty (30) days afer thesigning o this Rental Agreement.Any late payments will incur a 10% late ee, and at Te Bridge Building Event Spaces discretion,may lead to termination o event and oreiture o all venue payments.

    Event PaymentsTe first event deposit o 50% o the total charges is required sixty (60) days prior to event with

    a signed Catering Contract. All prices on the catering contract are subject to change. In orderto lock in prices, a signed Catering Contract must be received but the selections on the CateringContract be amended up to 14 days prior to event. Any changes to the Catering Contract willbe billed at the current menu price at time o selection. Event payments include (ood andbeverage, alcohol, service, rentals, AV, entertainment, dcor, transportation, security, linen, andany other requested item or your event). For outside services requested by the client whichrequire a deposit, the payment will be made rom client beore said service will be confirmed.Final payment must be received ten (10) business days prior to the event date. Any remainingbalances on the day o the event will automatically be charged to the card on file plus the 3%

    processing ee.Any late payments will incur a 10% late ee, and at Infinity Events & Caterings discretion, maylead to termination o event and oreiture o all event deposits.

    CC Processing FeesAny payments or deposits made by credit card will be charged a 3% processing ee.

    Rental Agreement

    CancellationsAll cancellation notifications must be submitted via a confirmed e-mail or in writing deliveredby certified mail. I cancellation occurs beore all venue payments have been made, theremaining balance will be charged to the Credit Card on file plus the 3% processing ee on theday o cancellation. I Te Bridge Building Event Spaces receives a cancellation notification 6months prior to event date, all payments and deposits, with the exception o the Venue Paymentsplus sales tax will be reunded. I cancellation notification is received between 6 months and30 days prior to the event, all payments and deposits are non-reundable, which includes allpayments made to Te Bridge Building, Inc., Infinity Events & Catering, Inc., and any vendorcontracted on your behal by Te Bridge Building, Inc. or Infinity Events & Catering, Inc. Icancellations occur less than 30 days prior to the event, all contracts with Te Bridge Building,Inc. and Infinity Events & Catering, Inc. are due whether or not the event takes place. Anyremaining balances or an event cancelled with in 30 days that are unpaid will be applied to thecredit card on file with a 3% processing ee on the date o the event. I cancellation occurs perTe Bridge Building, Inc., all payments, deposits, and security deposit will be reunded, unlesscancellations was a result o non-payment by client.

    Insurance, Event Insurance, and LiabilityTe Bridge Building Event Spaces maintains liability and personal property damage insuranceinsuring Te Bridge Building Inc., Infinity Events & Catering, and any employees, contractors,

    and contracted vendors against all bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury. TeBridge Building Event Spaces and Infinity Events & Catering are not liable or any damages thatits Insurance carriers ail to cover.Losses arising out o Clients use, Clients occupancy o the premises, or any guest o the Clientwill the responsibility o the Client. You, the Client, are personally responsible or the actions oyour guests and all vendors. Te Bridge Building Event Spaces and Infinity Events & Cateringis not responsible or any loss, interruption, or disturbance o event. Any entertainment bookedby the client must provide a certificate o insurance and sign the Outside Vendor Form or TeBridge Building, Inc.

    Event InsuranceIt is strongly encourage that the client obtain private event insurance. For more inormation onprivate event insurance please visit:http://www.travelers.com/personal-insurance/wedding-insuance/private-insurance.aspxI alcohol is to be served, Te Bridge Building Event Spaces suggests that the policy includesLiquor Liability coverage to protect you against alcohol-related accidents, as you are ultimatelyliable or the saety o your guests.

    Rental Agreement

    Event HoursTe Bridge Building Event Spaces has many different rental options regarding event spaceavailable and the amount o time they can be rented. Please speak to your Event Specialist aboutwhich package would best suit your event. Standard times:Morning 9:00AM to 2:00PMEvening 3:00PM to 12:00AMAll Day 9:00AM to 12:00AM*Custom Additional Hours are available

    Items Associated with Renting Te Bridge Building Event Spaces**In Addition to Venue Rental Price**

    Catering

    Te Bridge Building Event Spaces offers a ull catering menu as well as custom design menusrom Infinity Events & Caterings Certified Executive Che, abor Luckey.

    Outside caterers will be permitted but must be approved by Te Bridge Building Event Spaces.Upon approval, outside caterers must submit Outside Catering Liability Waiver, a requiredCertificate o Insurance, Catering Security Deposit, and Catering Contract or event. Alldocuments must be received 14 days prior to the event date. Te outside catering ee is 20% othe Food and Beverage bill charged by the outside caterer with a minimum ee o $2,000 plus tax.

    Other addition ees my be required in order or outside caterer to provide services at Te BridgeBuilding. Infinity Events & Catering will provide the same amount o staff required or theevent, as i they were the caterer, regardless o the amount o staff the outside caterer provides.

    Bar ServicesAll alcoholic beverages will be provided by Infinity Events & Catering. Please ask to speak withyour Event Specialist to select the bar package o your choosing.

    Event Management

    Te rental o Te Bridge Building Event Spaces includes the optional use o the eventcoordination services o our Events Specialist on staff at Infinity Events & Catering. Te EventSpecialist can coordinate every detail o your event rom design, menu, lighting, entertainment,and any additional services you may need.All weddings that include ceremony and reception require a minimum amount o eventplanning.Outside Certified Event Specialist/Planners are welcome to hold any event at Te BridgeBuilding Event Spaces. No outside event specialist participating in the event will be permitted.

    Rental Agreement

    Coat CheckInfinity Event & Catering will provide a coat check at cost to Client when needed. Te BridgeBuilding Event Spaces and Infinity Event & Catering are not responsible or lost or stolenmaterials. Te Bridge Building Event Spaces will hold lost and ound items or up to a week aferevent. Te Bridge Building Event Spaces will do everything possible to return lost items but willdiscard said items afer seven days post event date.

    Outside DisturbancesDue to the unique location o Te Bridge Building in the middle o downtown Nashville, noevent that is not taking place inside Te Bridge Building Event Spaces or run by Infinity Eventsand Catering will be grounds or cancellation.

    ransportation and ParkingOn all standard event days, the R Parking Lot o the itans stadium, which has 770 parkingspaces, may be accessed. Due to the location o Te Bridge Building Event Spaces, certain dayscalled Stadium Event Days may be planned by LP Field, Sports Authority, or other governmententities at their own discretion. Te Bridge Building Event Spaces will make every attempt tonotiy the Client as soon as possible; however notice o these Stadium Event Days may comeat any time prior to your scheduled event. I a Stadium Event Day were to prohibit access toparking or your event in lot R, Valet Services may be booked through Infinity Event & Catering.

    On these Stadium Event Days, a private parking lot, located under the Korean Veterans Bridge,will be offered or setting up an off-site valet at the clients cost.

    Operational Policies and Procedures

    Operational CostAll ood and beverage including alcohol provided by Infinity Events & Catering is subject to a20% operational cost.

    Service Charge

    Infinity Events & Catering will determine the appropriate amount o staff required or yourevent. Te client is responsible or all service charges.A Bridge Building acility manager will be required at a cost o $200.00 per event.

    Deliveries and Load In/OutAll deliveries and load in/out must be coordinated through your Event Specialist. All eventrelated items brought in must be removed rom the building by the conclusion o the contractedrental time.

    Rental Agreement

    Entry and ExitDesignated entry and exit to Te Bridge Building Event Spaces will be assigned by the EventSpecialist based on the needs o your event.

    Wedding Ceremony RehearsalsTe Bridge Building Event Spaces will allow a rehearsal one day prior to the wedding ceremonywhich is included in the Ceremony Fee. Your Event Specialist will determine the time o therehearsal. Te Bridge Building Event Spaces cannot guarantee the rehearsal will be in the actualceremony location due to other events occurring on the day.

    Use of Glue/acks/Nails/ape, etc.Te use o glue/tacks/nails/tape is not permitted within Te Bridge Building Event Spaces.

    Candles, Confetti, and FireworksCandles are permitted within Te Bridge Building Event Spaces but must be in a containerdeemed acceptable by Te Bridge Building Event Spaces. Te use o conetti is not permittedwithin Te Bridge Building Event Spaces. Te use o fireworks or flame-ignited effects are notpermitted within Te Bridge Building Event Spaces.

    Housekeeping

    All housekeeping is provided by Te Bridge Building Event Spaces. All items brought to acilityby Client must be removed at completion o event. Te Bridge Building Event Spaces will not beresponsible or liable or any items lef on the premises.

    Responsibility for Behavior of Guests and VendorsAll Clients agree that their guests will comply with all City, County, State, and Federal Laws. Inaddition, any damage or litigation resulting rom the actions by guests or outside vendors will bethe liability to the signed party o this rental agreement.

    SmokingSmoking in not permitted within 25 eet o Te Bridge Building.

    Live Animals

    Live animals are not permitted within Te Bridge Building Event Spaces. In compliance with theAmericans with Disabilities Act, trained service animals will be allowed to provide assistance toan individual at Te Bridge Building Event Spaces.

    Rental Agreement

    Use of Name/ Promotional MaterialAny use o Te Bridge Building Event Spaces name, logo, or image depicting Te BridgeBuilding Event Spaces must be approved by Te Bridge Building Event Spaces.

    City, County, State, and Federal LawsClient agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conductno illegal act on the premises. Client shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Client maynot serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Client agrees, or everyones saety,to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. Te Bridge BuildingEvent Spaces reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgmentis intoxicated or under the influence o alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do orparticipate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability o Te Bridge BuildingEvent Spaces, or the saety o its staff, guests, or building contents.

    Final Guest CountA final guest count must be received 14 days prior to event.

    Agreement is BindingI have read the above Event Rental Agreement and Policies and understand that it is myresponsibility to share these with my guests, outside Event Specialists/planner, and any vendors

    with whom I contract to provide goods and services at Te Bridge Building Event Spaces. I agreeto these terms and conditions.
