because he is known for making comedy films such as Zoolander and Theres something about Mary etc.

• Robert De Niro is also a main character and he has been chosen because he usually plays someone quite intimidating and this fits well with this role as he is always giving Ben Stiller’s character a hard time. He has been in some comedy films though like the first two films which are Meet the parents and meet the fockers.

• All of these films are family films with the exception of little fockers which a comedy about families the reason these family films come out at this time is because the kids are off school so they need to be entertainment and they bring out films to entertain the whole family.
