Model the part of a business process for confirming a postgraduate degree application as described below:-

Upon the approval of postgraduate application by the graduate School (GS), an offer letter is prepared and sent to the applicant. The offer letter enclosed a postcard which requires the applicant to confirm the offer by sending the marked and signed postcard back to the GS. If the applicant accept the offer, the GS confirms the offer; if the applicant reject the offer, the GS voids the offer. Regardless of the applicant decision, the process ends when the GS notify the application status to the applicant.
