Introduction

Congratulations on your purchase of the new Targus wireless presenter. Now you can interact with your audiences and still maintain control of your PC or laptop. Conveniently placed page-up and page-down buttons help you go through slides efficiently, and a built-in laser pointer gives you the option of highlighting key concepts on screen. You can also use the directional stick to move the mouse cursor.

Installing the presenter

1. Please plug the receiver into the PC’s USB port. The system will automatically detect the wireless presenter. Follow the steps to search the driver of the USB device and complete the setup.

2. Please install two AAA batteries into presenter with the correct polarity. Please refer to the polarity sign inside the battery compart-ment.

3. Establishing connection between the presenter and the receiver. The product has been pre-set and paired between the presenter and the receiver. It is not necessary to synchronize the device. However, this paired ID may become lost due to RF interference and cause the presenter to not connect properly.There are two methods for setting the presenter’s ID.

Method One:Step 1: Press the “Right mouse Button” on the presenter for 5 seconds.

Step 2: The LED indicator will flash quickly. This means the ID setting is refreshed and completed.

Method two:Step 1: Press the connect button on the receiver. The LED of the presenter will start to flash.

Step 2: Press the presenter’s right button for 5 seconds. Please note that this step must be completed within 8 seconds after step 1.

Step 3: The LED of the presenter will flash quickly. This means that the ID setting is refreshed and completed.

Note: If the presenter does not work properly, please go back to step 1 to repeat the ID setting process.
