• Hipótesis: un menor rango de saturación ( 85-89%) , comparado con uno más alto ( 91-95%),reduciría la incidencia de ROP severa o muerte en RN entre 24+ 0 semanas y 27 + 6 semanas gestación.

• In 2009 all oximeters were fitted with a revised calibration algorithm
• The old software algorithm was associated higher SpO2 targeting– Artifact when sats were between 87 – 90%– Values above 87% are elevated by up to 2% giving a relative excess
