8 A current annual operating budget with expenses and income (earned and contributed).
9 A project budget detailing expenses and anticipated income sources.
10 A current list of business and foundation donors and their contribution level.
11 A copy of the organizations most recent audited financial statement. If no audit is available, explain why.
