Evaluate the effects an altered gut microbiome have on human health and disease. 2. Describe the role of the gut microbiome on inflammatory bowel disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and intestinal homeostasis. 3. Describe the evidence for use of Fecal Microbiota Transplant in the management of recurrent C.di cile infection. 4.
