At this meeting a P&C Representa- tive will be appointed to form part of the Merit Selection process for the position of Principal Tarago PS. Laying of Pavers The laying of the family and school pavers has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. When a new date is confirmed it will be announced in the newsletter. Welcome We would like to welcome two new students and their family to Tarago PS, Emily and Benjamin Jeffrey joined us on Monday. We hope you have settled in well and enjoy being part of the Tarago PS community. District Athletics Good luck to all TREC District Athletics representatives competing on Friday 2nd August at Hudson Park Goulburn. NAIDOC Day Last Thursday Tarago PS hosted the TREC NAIDOC Celebration. Duncan Smith returned with his family providing an enriching and educational day. Students learnt indigenous art, dance and culture and created some amazing artworks. Students also had traditional face paint applied which was incorporated into the dance. Everyone enjoyed a sausage sizzle organised by our P&C. Photos on page 2 Spotted around Tarago PS All 3-6 students for welcoming Miss Divall and helping her to settle in. Linux for being a responsible learner. Emily & Ben adjusting well to their new school environment. Student Banking If you are interested in teaching your children to save money, why not think about Student Banking. It is simple & easy to set up. Banking day is Thursday .
