Women helping women affected by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Have you ever wondered if what you or a loved one are experiencing is symptoms of PTSD?
Do you lack support or resources to get through the tough times?
If so, come and join the ladies of Tanana Valley and our special speaker as we talk, share, and laugh our way through many of the trials that come with PTSD. Bring a loved one, bring a friend. Hope to see you there!

Accommodations
For ladies from out of town we offer free accommodations at Camp Baldwin. There are bunk beds in the cabins so you will need either a sleeping bag or fitted sheet and pillow. If rustic is not your cup of tea please make a reservation at one of the following hotels:

The retreat will be at Camp Baldwin in Delta Junction. The camp offers rustic accommodations with a large fire pit for hotdogs
and s’mores. Baldwin camp also has full showers and flush toilets available. We will be starting the retreat Friday from 6-9pm
and Saturday 8-11:30, break for lunch and finish from 1-4pm. Following meals will be provided at no cost: Dinner Friday night
at 6, Breakfast Saturday morning at 8, and sack lunches Saturday afternoon. Child care will be provided for only those who
do not stay at Camp Baldwin. See registration for more information on location of camp and childcare.
