Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up of SRF post to work in the

Ministry of AYUSH funded Scheme titled “Validation of the Pharmacological Efficacy of Nandhi Mezhugu, pretreatment with Kummati Mezhugu in Preclinical models of anovulation and its

application in Veterinary medicine in Ovulatory Disorders in Cattle” at Department of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, Madras Veterinary College, Chennai 600 007.

The SRF post is purely on temporary basis till the completion of the Scheme. The eligibility qualification and remuneration are as follows,

1. Candidates fulfilling above eligibility criteria may send the duly filled-in application (format

enclosed) to The Principal Investigator, AYUSH Scheme, Department of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, Madras Veterinary College, Chennai 600 007, on or before 20.05.2016.

2. Eligible candidates will be intimated the date for written test and interview by Post to the address given in the application form.

3. No TA / DA will be paid for the candidates preferring to attend the interview. Candidates are to make their own arrangements for their stay at Chennai.

4. Mere attending the interview does not guarantee them the appointment and the selection will be based purely on merit basis. Candidates are requested to produce all original certificates (UG / PG degrees, age proof, experience certificate, publications and any other testimonials that certify their competency to work in the Scheme) at the time of interview.

5. Selection will be made as per the norms of ASRR, TANUVAS. 6. The appointment is made purely on temporary basis with a condition to terminate the

appointment without giving any prior notice and the candidate cannot claim on service for this University post in future.
