Oldest youth centre in Tallinn, Lasnamäe Youth Centre, was established in 1998

THE Umbrella organisation that organises regional youth work in Tallinn through its departments:

- Youth Centres; - Tallinn Youth Information Centre; - Information and counselling Center of Tallinn and Harju County

The target group of tywc is 7-26-year-old from different socio-economic backgrounds from tallinn and harju county.

7 youth centres 2011 – 66 000 contacts ~3200 card members (Youth card of Tallinn youth centres) over 30 different clubs/studios
