With Paul Fraser
Have you TRULY prepared for your heirs?
Some time ago the spouse said we (you?) need
to gather up all our really important documents so
each is readily handy. Good idea! So started
what became a most interesting journey. Soon
enough the Wills, Powers of Attorney, Birth and
Marriage Certificates, the DD214 (all you
Veterans know that one), Automobile Title, The
Towers Share Certificates, etc. were piled on the
desk ready for the gathering up. So, what next?
The “what was next’ is the reason for this writing.
In our case “next” became THE RED BOOK, a
red 3-ringed binder containing all these really
important documents. Yet, even after this “work”
there was a lingering. Something rational in the
“gathering” process seemed missing. Then
somewhere, either on the internet, TV or other
avenue an attorney was advocating the need for
an “LOI”. That turned out to be a Letter Of
Instruction. Who is to use an LOI and to what
end? Come hear Paul Fraser tell his journey into
his documents gathering mission and what the
heck this LOI thing is all about. Your heirs will
love you all the more for it.

RESURRECTION PROMISE
“Awake! Awake!” The soft breeze said. “You’re but asleep, You are not dead.”
Soft green shoots Peek through the earth.
Birds building nests Prepare for birth.
Tree’s tight blooms Reach toward the sky. “We’ve been asleep
We did not die.”
I see all this And then I know
I will not die But sleep and grow!
