RIGTHS OF STUDENTS IN SCHOOL= students and pupils in all schools shall enjoy:=.right to freely choose their field of study to existing curricula.= students have the right to receive, primarily through competent instruction, relevant quality education in line with national goals and conductive to their full development as persons with human dignity.

RIGHTS OF TEACHERS= shall be deemed persons in authority when in the discharge of lawful duties and responsibilities and shall be accorded due respect and protection..

****DUTIES OF TEACHERS AND OTHER PERSONNEL= a. Parents =shall cooperate and contribute for the welfare of school organization. And obliged to obtain their children elementary and secondary and higher education of their children.b. Teacher/staff =one of the duties is to participate as an agent of constructive social economic, moral, intellectual, cultural, and political change in school and the community within the context of national policies. = efficient teacher should be resourceful, time management be effective, should be creative and knowledgeable.c. Student= uphold the academic integrity of the school, and endeavor to achieve academic excellence, governing the rules and regulations like for example in going to school on time. Efforts to attain harmonious relationship fellow students, and such programs of municipalities also.

ADMINISTRATION EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM= aims to develop the professions that will provide leadership for the nation in the advancement of knowledge for improving the quality of human life. Educational system shall reach out to educationally deprived communities in order to give meaningful reality of education.

7.) an administrator should be efficient teacher and resourceful, time management should also be effective, creative and knowledgeable administrator or teacher. 8.) Personnel management is the most crucial aspect of managing an organization because all the duties and responsibilities in a school he/she has the authority to handle all the problems of school and how he/she can give the solution to the problem.

9.) Bullying and disrespect are the most bad scenario of student/pupils because children are inherit this bad attitudes in their environment. And also to the parents who engage in bad relationship of the community like for example parent who are drinking liquor ,and they bullying their wife and saying bad words in public.

10.) The gratitude that I contribute for the assistance by the community leader is by giving them the certificate of participation from the school personnel or school staff. In order for them to continued cooperation in helping the needs of school organization.

11.) for me the best reward of teaching as a profession, is the development and achievement of every students /pupils that I taught during their studies for the betterment of their everyday life.

12.) SIR, IT IS HARD TO SAY PROMISES (MAHIRAP MAGSALITA NANG DI PA TAPOS, because my children still young ,but for me I will also recommend teaching as a lifetime career to my children because teaching is the noblest profession. And I explained to them without teaching in life there is no development of every person and teaching is our everyday experiences. I also explained to them all professions always undergo with all teachers to be developed.
