Someone who will work with us across brands, countries and business segments to find new ways for engineering to drive our commercial success. You will be part of a multi-national company, therefore you need to be: Internationally mobile; Fluent in English and another European language; Enjoy working in a team to solve business challenges through the application of leading-edge technology; Have the desire to develop yourself in a fast-growing, multi-national environment; Have a Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering. Over the course of this three-year program, you will work on technically-complex projects across Europe that involve breakthrough technology and be given the freedom and responsibility to push forward with innovative ideas that lower costs and deliver real business benefits. WHAT IS EELP ABOUT? We will give you three, one-year placements that will give you an impressive level of experience to begin your engineering career at Mars. One thing is for sure, every project on this accelerated development program will be technically challenging, designed to increase your knowledge of, and expertise in, areas such as robotics, advanced production technology and high-speed machinery. Our business will be wide open to you to help you develop the skills you will need to become one of our future technical business leaders. WHERE WILL YOU BE BASED? You will live and work in two different countries so it should come as no surprise that we will expect you to be flexible about the location. In general your first and last placement will be in your hiring country and the year in between abroad. What package should you expect?
