2. List of LearningsDoing this course was very pleasant! I could learn more about DT and practice it at the same time, as well as interact with other interested people and practice some english.I have learned a lot of things but if I had have to say three of them, I would say:

● Creativity can be practiced! - No matter if it seems difficult, we can engage on a problem to better understand it and put the brain to work on diverse ideas, and there is no invalid idea!

● Uncertainty and constraints are not monsters! - Sometimes, handle constraints and uncertainty is difficult, but constraints are helpful in guiding thought towards solutions keeping viability. Uncertainty is a natural part of innovation process and is important to do divergent and convergent processes towards goods solutions.

● Empathy is essential to develop solutions! - to understand users' needs, imagination is not enough, you need to empathize with them and dive on the problem opened to discover the best solution to fit the problem.

4. Design Thinking in my worldI thought about a list of things that could be changed/improved in different areas of my life:

Work

School/College

Community

Home

Technology

So, I have made an Ideation Map to these items and a reflection.

4. Design Thinking in my world

DT is very broad and can be used in many areas, it is sufficient that there is a problem, then DT can be used to solve it, sometimes all its stages, sometimes one or some of them, depending only on the type of problem and its restrictions.

Reflection

● DT concerns to better understand a problem deeply to promote compatible solutions, and it is fully adherent to the thought of a company.

● Empathy can almost always be used due to relationship characteristics of listen, understand, agree, disagree. If you don't have empathy, it becomes more difficult.

4. Design Thinking in my worldReflection

● DT explores the ability of people to exercise their creativity. This can be used to solve complex problems in a simple and / or cheap way.

Use of DT can increase collaboration amongst people and help to solve both small and big problems.

● Prototyping is a good way to make solutions more realistic, because based on tests and feedbacks, you can know early if it is an appropriate solution or not.
