Time: Establish a realistic schedule and adhere to it.

Resources: Conduct an inventory and assessment of everything you have available

Health & Welfare: YOURS FIRST - The quality of your decisions are affected by your mental state

Plan: Develop a plan based on available information/ resources. Always answer the 5w’s (who, what, where, when & why)

Leaders Influence others by providing 3 things:

Purpose - Why we’re doing it

Direction - Clear guidance as to what’s expected

Motivation - An instilled desire to excel

Transmit: You must transmit clearly and concisely in all written and verbal communication

Receive: Use feedback to verify understanding
