2. Motivation We want to communicate with students from other countries. We want to know about different international instant noodles. We would like to try and cook instant noodles from other cultures. We want to introduce our mother lands instant noodles. We want to practice our daily life English and broaden our horizons. 3. How did it start? According to Wikipedia Instant noodle inventor Momofuku Ando () was born in Taiwan. Taiwan is the worlds 12th largest instant noodle market. It has an annual NT$10 billion (US$300 million) in sales. This translates into an annual total of 900 million packs, or 40 per person. 4. Instant noodles at the Taiwanese market 5. Instant noodles are dried or precooked noodles that come in small packages with flavoring powder or seasoning oil. 7. How do you eat them? Dried noodles are usually eaten after being cooked or soaked in boiling water. 8. Which countries are producers of instant noodles? 9. Instant noodles from overseas 10. Stir-fry instant noodles Green onions Meat (pork) Cabbage Eggs Garlic Salt and pepper 11. Our first try We were so excited. We prepared three dishes. We learned that preparation was difficult. We learned the meaning or history behind each dish. We shared different recipes. 21. Suggestions and Recommendations Try to find universal ingredients so everyone can use them.
