O R D E R I N G G U I D E L I N E SFor custom menus and larger events ask your Event Coordinator about full service catering. These guidelines apply only to Tailgate BBQ’s which are available May–October. Certain holiday dates will have additional guidelines.PRESENTATIONEnhance your special event, picnic or summer outing with the food that has made Catering by Michaels famous. For any occasion with 15-100 guests, we will assemble your entire menu from beginning to end. For cooking, serving and cleaning up, we will be happy to refer you to wonderful staffing services that are familiar with our food. If you should decide to do it yourself, full instructions for cooking and serving are provided. Appetizers, entrees, side dishes, desserts, and beverages arrive ready-to cook or fully displayed in freezer-packed coolers. No refrigeration is necessary! Our Tailgate packages include serving pieces, chafing dishes, platters and disposable tableware to make your event worry-free.

PLACING YOUR ORDERPlease place your order at least 7 days before the date of your function. Orders placed with less than 7 days notice will be accepted on a limited basis subject to availability. Minimum order is 15 people. All orders are subject to sales tax and delivery charge.

DELIVERY DETAILSDelivery is $100 within our normal delivery area and includes pickup of our equipment the day following your event. Additional fees may be added for distance, off hours delivery, and same day or timed equipment pick up.All tailgate deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm with a minimum 2-hour time frame.

CHANGING YOUR ORDERIf you need to increase, decrease, or cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:Decreases in orders require 96 hours notice.Additions in orders require 72 hours notice.Additions made less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to menu minimums.For example we require a minimum order of 1dz cookies. If you have ordered 1.5dz and now want to increase your order youwill need to increase by our minimum of 1dz. Please ask your Event Coordinator for clarification on how this will apply to yourorder. We will always try to accommodate your last minute additions, however, due to purchasing and production scheduleswe may not always be able to accommodate you with less than 24 hours notice.Cancellations of orders require 96 hours notice.Orders cancelled with 96+ hours notice will have no additional charge. Orders cancelled with 72-96 hours notice will have a50% charge, and orders cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the full amount.

PAYMENTPayment may be made by American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. We will accept payment by cash or checkwith a credit card guarantee. Corporate customers who order on a regular basis may inquire about setting up billingwith NET 30 terms.
