Introduction-

Taikisha Engineering India Ltd. (TEI) is in business of turnkey project for automobile car body, two wheeler painting plant including pre-treatment and entire plant is fully atomized & robotic. All operations are high tech automation control & product produce on this plant are of international standard. TEI has given many plants in India almost all automobile company like Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Piaggio, Bajaj, TVS, Escorts, Nissan, Daimler, John Deere, Indian Railways etc. & all client very much appreciated quality, services etc. All these plants have fully automation electrical control panel. TEI has done entire plant for Daimler, Chennai with high quality of international standard, all control panels automation were Radio Frequency (RF) operated and very high TEI technology. DICV appreciated TEI quality, delivery, etc. & using it very satisfactorily. All our automation control panels are accurately design & manufacture in our Gurgaon Manesar factory. These panels are manufacture according to company specification those are Indian, Japanese, American, and European. TEI have experience of making any international standard panels based upon client requirement. All automobile car body fabrication done in weld shop then body transfer to paint shop and entire shop operation of PT, ED & final paint etc. are robotic pre-programmed. All these plants are fully automatic & operational also specific, therefore control panel is to work accurately. Similarly any turnkey project manufacturing like paper plant, cement plant & steel plant have similar type of control panel automation and require similar technology, therefore TEI is full confidence to manufacture high quality of control panels for turnkey projects. Taikisha Ltd. Japan came to India in 1982 when Maruti Suzuki started and has given new paint technology & sophisticated equipment for Maruti Suzuki so that Maruti Suzuki grows so much. Taikisha India formed Joint venture with Taikisha Ltd, Japan in 1995 & operating together from last so many years. TEI now looking into diversification of business & considering manufacturing electrical control panel for turnkey project or as per client’s requirement and TEI can supply any

panels of any standard. Broadly we would like list down control panel of international standards as under:

(a) Indian- IS: 8623. (b) American- UL-508. (c) European- IEC-61439.

We can also provide ‘CE’ certification if required. We strictly manufacturing panel as per these standard and carry out inspection & test also so to say we can make any panels as per client requirement.

Types of Panels manufactured-

TEIL Control Panel Division manufactures following panels-

Electrical Power and Automation Panel- For different process industries including Paint shop based upon process/ client requirement. (Refer attached Network Architecture of one of paint shop installed and automated by TEIL)

MCC and PCC Panel- For induction motor and electrical power control of different types of industries.

Intelligent LT Panels- As per customer requirement for electrical power management.

DG Panels- For Auto/ manual start/ stop load sharing as per capacity of DG set by AMF, synchronizing with PLC and Relay logic.

Control Desk and SCADA panels- for centralize controlling of plant.

Designing of Panels-

Panels are design as per international standard as explained above. TEI also use E-plan software for making electrical drawings. All type of safety standard etc is taken into consideration for reliable function of panels. TEI uses component which are international specification and are available & acceptable to global. Broadly type of components used is mentioned in Annx. 1. TEI use sheet metal enclosures as per client specification & high quality supply like Rittal & SSK etc.

TEI have trained manpower for all these activities and have experience in operating in India from last more than 20 years. TEIL CP Division has taken following certification and approvals-

ISO- 9001-2000 by TQCSI CPRI (Central Power Research Institute- Bhopal- India) approved test

reports for following tests- o Short circuit withstand test of LT switch board (4000A ACB

Panel) as per CL. 8.2.3 of IS-8623-Part-I-1993. o Temperature rise limit of LT switch board (415, 4000A ACB

Panel) as per CL. 8.2.1 of IS-8623-Part-I-1993. o Degree of protection test for LT switch board (empty panel) IP-

X4 and IP-X5, CL. 7.1.11 of IS-13947- Part-I-1993.
