General Responsibilities:

Prepare and coordinate National rural finance sector development program as per RRP and Loan Agreement and act as Project specialist to line up work plans, recruitment of consultants, procurement, progress reporting, review and implementation.

Introduce and install portfolio diversification in ZTBL, Commercial Banks, and National DFIs, by way designing various micro-financial products to outreach both farm and non-farm micro-enterprise industry of rural Pakistan, under sustained Rural and Microfinance structure.
